Stock: We have our own stock of over 10,000 fast-moving parts. Other parts are indent ordered from suppliers before shipping to you, which can result in short delivery delays.
Availability: A part being available to order does not mean it is available in our stock, or our suppliers stock. If parts are backordered we will be in touch and advise delivery estimates.
Choose carefully: We do not offer change-of-mind returns for parts you select and order yourself.*
Electrical parts: Once fitted, electrical parts cannot usually be returned.*
Warranty: If your equipment is still under warranty, do not repair it yourself. Doing so can void your warranty.*
Online pricing: Online parts prices are usually lower than in-store quotes. Selecting and ordering your own parts reduces parts interpretation and retail service costs.
