We service and repair the equipment we sell, along with many other brands where spare parts and technical support are available.
We specialise in the brands we sell and prioritise repairs for customers who purchased their equipment from us.
Pickup & Delivery
Available for ride-on mowers and bulk batches of equipment within approximately 50km of our stores. Pricing depends on distance and will be quoted when your service is booked.
Onsite Service
Yes – but only For Pumps & Irrigation Systems serviced via our Think Water Nambucca Valley store.
Turnaround Time
We use a prioritised service queue. Turnaround depends on customer type, equipment type, urgency and availability of required parts.
Repair Budget
We agree on a maximum repair budget when the job is booked, helping us complete straightforward repairs quickly without repeated approval delays.
How our repair budget system works
When your equipment is booked in, we agree on a maximum repair budget based on your description of the problem and our experience with that make and model.
If the machine can be repaired below that amount, we complete the repair and notify you when it is ready.
If we discover a major issue that cannot reasonably be resolved within the agreed budget, we contact you before proceeding.
This approach helps avoid unexpected invoices while also reducing delays caused by repeated phone calls and approval requests.

Our Nambucca Valley store operates a dedicated wet and dry workshop servicing mowers, chainsaws and brushcutters through to pumps, irrigation and pool equipment.
We also offer onsite servicing and repairs for pumps and irrigation equipment from this location.

Before Bringing Equipment In
Contact your nearest store before travelling if the repair is urgent, the equipment is unusually large, or you require pickup and delivery.
This allows us to confirm workshop capacity, transport requirements and any special parts considerations before the job is booked.
Commercial Service Promise
The following guarantees are made for our customers who:
- are commercial users in the landscape maintenance or landscape construction industry
- purchased the equipment in question from us
where:
- the equipment is commercial grade
- the equipment is still inside it’s original manufacturers warranty coverage period
* We aim to bench & diagnose all equipment brought into our workshop before 10am the following business day.
Simple repairs will be made during this process, otherwise any parts required will be ordered at this time.
Should repair estimates exceed the budget agreed at book in we will contact you for authorisation.
If you are unable to take our call this may hold up your repair.
** We aim to have repairs completed by 4pm, 2 days after the equipment is presented for service/repair.
For certain brands such as Honda, Pellenc & Kress Commercial we have loan equipment available for repairs extending beyond this time.
